Escrima seminar in aid of ukrainian disaster emergency committee

On Sunday 6th March, Norwich JKD held an Escrima seminar at the Sewell Barn Academy. It was the first seminar we have held since the pandemic.

Throughout the day, we covered knife defence, Escrima single stick, abesederio, Doce Pares 12 strike, disarms and strike and counters.

Thank you to all those that attended. Not only did we have a brilliant time, with the money raised and donations given we are pleased we have collaboratively raised £610.

The money raised will be sent to the DEC (Disaster Emergency Committee).
